I have had everything a girl ever dreams of. I married my high school sweetheart twice, which ended in divorce twice. I have lost three children. I had a dune buggy, raced jeeps and won. I smoked cigarettes, drank alcohol, used cocaine and diet pills for eighteen years. I had numerous affairs. I was everyone's friend. I went from bank teller to telecommunications. I have traveled the country and have had the privilege to work with White House Communications and Executives known around the world. I went to church growing up but never heard the message of salvation until I was 20 years old. I gave my life to Jesus.

I was confused to see Christians suffering more than the world. I spent endless hours and thirty thousand dollars in Christian counseling, support groups seeking purpose and hope. Then I had an encounter with God. I had a revelation of Romans 12:2 - my mind must be renewed; 1 Peter 2:24 - that healing belongs to me; Mark 11:24 - that I can have what I say when I pray and Proverbs 4:20 - that God's Word is my prescription to life and health.

I'm living proof of the resurrection power of God that sets the captive free! Doctors had diagnosed me with cancer, depression, a severe learning disability and a brain tumor. Today, my body and broken heart have been supernaturally healed, family restored, debts paid and my past no longer controls my future.

From July of 1996 to 1998 Julie was employed at Oral Roberts Evangelistic Association on the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she ministered as a prayer partner in the Prayer Tower for one year, praying for over 500 callers per week from all around the world. One year later, Julie became the trainer for the Abundant Life Prayer Group, in which she was responsible to develop and implement a training program for the telephone prayer partners.

In 2000 Julie returned to Ada, Michigan to establish Most High Barn Prayer and Healing Home. She prays and ministers the healing power of God to Christian women in Business and Ministry. Host High Barn sits on 17 acres and is a place to get away, stay and pray. "You can enjoy the horses, walk for miles, or simply do nothing but dwell in the secret place of the Most High".
